Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C. 3D smartphone from Sharp is embedded Android operating system 2.3 (Gingerbread). This device comes with  dual-camera, front and rear. 8 megapixel rear camera that can produce 3D images or videos , 5 megapixel front camera for  video calls. Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8255 processor capable of running at 1.4GHz speed, 512MB RAM, and 2GB internal memory (ROM) . 4.2-inch screen with a resolution of QHD (540 x 960). This device supports WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C will be available for operator NTT DoCoMo in Japan on 20 May. Unfortunately, not known whether this smartphone will be released globally.
